Each guest is required to produce a government-issued ID proof before check-in. Valid ID proof documents constitute Aadhar card, PAN Card and/or Passport.

Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.

For your safety, please lock the door when leaving your room or retiring for the night.

Laundry services are available at a nominal cost.

Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.

Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.

Alcohol is strictly to be consumed only in the respective rooms and not in common areas.

Consumption of any illegal substances such as drugs, marijuana, etc., is strictly prohibited at our Homestay.

We advise the guests to refrain from using the swimming pool after drinking.

We do not serve or provide alcohol. Possession and consumption of alcohol are the sole responsibility of the guest. The homestay will not be responsible for any eventuality with respect to the same.

The rooms are non-smoking rooms, but disposing bins are available in the lawn and patio area where smoking is allowed.

The menu changes daily based on availability of produce. All meals are served in the common dining areas.

The hosts can arrange bonfires, barbecues and romantic candlelit dinners on the lawn, treks, etc., at a nominal cost. Food preferences should be indicated 24 hrs prior to the day of stay so that we could stock the supplies.

Food once ordered cannot be canceled as we procure supplies 24 hrs prior to your visit and we believe in zero-wastage.

Loud music or noise in the guest rooms is prohibited as a mark of comfort for other guests.

Check-in time is 1200 hrs and Check out time is 1000 hrs. Early check-in & Late check-out subject to availability, will be charged extra. Check-out time is strictly followed as rooms need to be sanitized for the next guest's arrival.

Drivers are only permitted in the parking area and are strictly restricted from entering any other part of the homestay, for the security of our guests. Drivers will need to manage their own accommodation.

Any loss of or damage to our Homestay property/crockery/items by the guest will be charged to the guest.

The Homestay management is not responsible for any loss of life or properties or injuries you may sustain during your stay with us.

We try to maintain the highest standards in hosting which includes the smooth functioning of all the amenities. However, since it is a hilly terrain and manpower resources are difficult to arrange on short notice, please bear with us as we try to do our best in case of any amenities malfunctioning during your stay with us.

Please inform the host if you have visitors coming over. Visitors be allowed to enter guest cottages for a maximum duration of ONE hour only.
